Fertilizer

On Wednesday I was vacuuming out my van while Aubrey was coloring on the concrete with chalk.  I would sporadically check on her.  Well, I went out to check on her and she had taken her panties and shorts off.  I said "Aubrey where are your pants?"  She energetically replied "I POOPED on the grass."  She was proud as punch!  While Snoop is salivating.  So I run to the garage to get a shovel and I come back and Aubrey has a pair of toy binoculars and she is looking at her enormous log of poo on my grass saying "Ewe Gross!"  I was totally annoyed, but at the same time it is a bit comical.  What is she raised in a barn?  I am sure I will have many more stories to tell about this sweet little thing.

Some moms put cute bows in there girls hair, but oh no my girl gets an aqua Neff hat.  She looked like a smurf.  I couldn't stop laughing.  She looked to cute in the hat (she put it on herself.)  She found this toy 4 wheeler and didn't ever want to get off.  It was so funny!

Spring Break 2009/ Sand Dunes

What a hunk!  We decided to go to the Sand Dunes for Spring Break!  It was a lot of fun.  I spent most of my time in the trailer, but I wasn't about to go into labor at the Sand Dunes.

Easter Sunday

Well here I am in all my glory 36 weeks pregnant!  At least Aubrey looks cute.

Here's Aubrey in the dress I made her for Easter.  Doesn't she look cute!  The gloves kill me.

After church we went to Ryan's parents for dinner.  I didn't bring my camera so I don't have any pictures, but we had a great time.  The food was amazing as usual.  The kids had there usual handstand contests and a sweet dance party.  It was so funny!

Easter 2009

I think it's safe to say that Aubrey liked the Dog sleeping bag the Easter bunny brought her.

Happy Birthday Brooks!

So I know I am a little behind on my blog, but better late than never.  Brooks turned 5 on March 30th.  He is so adorable.  He is such a joy to our family.  He really melts me.  

He got this awesome crown at school and I thought he looked so handsome.  He wanted to wear the glasses which totally cracks me up.  Since we had his friends party with Jake on the 21st I let him pick what he wanted for dinner.  He chose French Toast with powder sugar.  He says it is delicious!  We gave the boys a new t.v. for their room.  They really don't care that much for it, but I keep thinking they will.  

I love this picture so much!  It shows Brooks true personality.  He wanted me to take his picture as he was looking to the side (just like a super hero.)  Brooks is always willing to share and is the first to tell me how much he loves me.  He is so thoughtful!  It's almost as if he knows I am having a bad day and he will just blurt out the sweetest things like "Mom, You are Beautiful!"  He has such a great imagination.  He is always creating some story.  He loves animals, especially dogs.  He is just a loving, smart, kind little boy and I hope he always stays that way.  We love you Brooks!

Jake & Brooks 5th & 7th Birthday party!

Brooks and Jake got these cool planes for there birthday's and flew them until they broke.  Which was soon after they decided to sword fight with them.

The boys had there birthday party and Backyard Adventure's in Orem.  It is such a fun place and I had coupons for 2 free parties.  So that is a bonus!

We started off with pizza then the kids played on all the toys for about an hour.  Then we had cake & ice cream and opened presents and then played some more.  
I am not sure why Jake won't ever smile for a picture.  This is usually the face that I get, but I love it!

Jake had his final meet of the season on March 14th at Airtime gymnastics.  It was the state meet.  His team did well.  They took 3rd place.   

Jake took 2nd place overall with a score of 86.4.  We are so proud of him!

Jake took 1st place in Vault and Pommel Horse.  He is really good at gymnastics, as well as everything else he does.
